Ages 3 – 4 A coach leading little kids through a playful drill

Little Kids Intro to Jiu Jitsu.

This class introduces Jiu Jitsu through short, structured activities that help children build coordination, listening skills, confidence, and a positive relationship with movement.

Kids Jiu Jitsu.

Our program builds discipline, focus, and self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Kids are grouped by age and level so every student trains with peers, learns at the right pace, and builds confidence as they grow.

Adult Jiu Jitsu.

Adult Jiu Jitsu teaches you how to control and overcome an opponent using technique, timing, and leverage. Classes combine skill development, live training, and problem solving on the mat, making it a fun way to improve fitness, build confidence, and learn self-defense while training alongside a supportive community.
